Sure, it basically all tastes the same, but there is something fun about the mini loaf pan.

Here is what you need to get started…

  • 8 2 x 4-inch loaf pan
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ½ cups of brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
