These were in my lunch bag everyday! Fast forward many years later, Greek Yogurt became the most popular snack! People were using it for dips, dressings, and desserts. It’s low fat and high in protein which gained a lot of popularity from people on diets!

It’s thick, creamy, and delicious! BUT it seems like our yogurt is taking a Euro-Trip because General Mills introduces FRENCH YOGURT!

Yoplait-Oui

They describe the yogurt based on a recipe the company uses in France. It’s made from whole milk only, comes in a “French-made glass pot”, and it will cost twice as much as most yogurts on the shelf. David Clark, president of US yogurt at General Mills, said “Oui” is authentically French, because it’s produced the way French farmhouses made yogurt 150 years ago. This creates a yogurt that is firmer than both regular yogurt and Greek yogurt! We should be seeing “Oui” French Yogurt on our shelves soon!
