Kenny Chesney’s 47 today and it’s also his Big Revival Tour kick off in Nashville. To be road ready, a few months ago, Kenny started his strict diet with lots of vegetables and no carbs after 5 and he works out an hour a day. Kenny also has a state-of-the-art light rig and other high tech toys and he has new people on this tour; folks who’ve worked for Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC and Lady Gaga. One of his openers, Chase Rice, says it’s surreal to be touring with his musical hero.

 

Justin Moore just won a lot of new fans. At a recent show, someone noticed a couple far away from the stage holding up a poster. On it was written, ‘tickets $125 and parking $20.’ Justin found out about it and called them on stage. After he shook their hands, he first handed them $125 then $20 to cover their expenses.

 

When he first heard, ‘A Guy Walks Into a Bar’ Tyler Farr loved that it was country and had a hook with some meaning. Tyler says, “there’s a fine line when you’re an artist trying to pick a song that’s country and sticks to the roots, yet is also fresh and new.”
