  • SueFest 2018 Live Music Fundraiser for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. Saturday, June 23rd. Knights of Columbus Hall (12 Catherine Ave., Brantford). Featuring Juno Winner, Jack de Keyzer, the Strummers Union, Tomi Swick and local band Huckleberry Ginn and more! The Keg Steakhouse and Zanders Fire Grill & Brew Lounge providing $5 per plate all-day barbecue. Extensive raffle prize table, bake sale, 50/50 draw, reptile show, balloon twisting, table magic, kid zone, free evening pizza, fireworks.  Advanced tickets $15.00 online at www.suefest.ca and at PA Music Shop, Heart and Stroke Foundation and Knights of Columbus Hall all in Brantford. At the door tickets $20.00. Children 12 and under get free admission.

  • CWK Soccer “Chicks Who Kick”. Summer registration is now open. KW’s only outdoor recreational soccer that promotes fun and fitness in a non-competitive atmosphere. Field location is St. Mary’s Highschool Upper and Lower Fields, 1500 Block Line Road, Kitchener. Game times are Sundays at 4:00 and 5:00pm. Registration is $120 dollars per player.
